OTHER MINISTRIES
The Lord’s Supper (Communion) is served normally on the first Sunday of every month. Every person who is born again is encouraged to participate.
Those who have accepted the Lord as their personal Saviour are baptized in water by full immersion.
Members are welcomed after applying for membership and meeting with one of our elders. During this time they will go over the Policies and Procedures of the church. They are then voted on by the present members and welcomed into membership during our morning service.
Children are dedicated to the Lord during one of our morning services as the opportunity arises.
PRE-MARRIAGE/MARRIAGE/FAMILY
Those wishing to marry are asked to complete a questionnaire from Enrich Canada in order to evaluate their relationship. They are then taken through a time of highlighting vital areas that will strengthen their marriage.
Those who are married and wish to enhance their relationship are also given a questionnaire to follow.
Other more detailed pastoral care is done and if deemed necessary sometimes further professional counselling is recommended.
MARRIAGE RENEWALS
We are asked from time to time to conduct a Wedding Renewal Ceremony for those married 25 and 50 years. These are often conducted in an informal setting. They can be a highlight to celebrate such an important milestone in their marriage lives.
